This Knock Box Counter Top Combi with open bottom features also has an integrated Tamping-Station and can be installed in a table top or work surface. The Tamping-Station is covered with a food grade silicone mat for hygienic purposes and easy tamping. A waste bin or other receptacle can be placed underneath the open chute of the knock-out section. The sturdy stainless steel knock bar has a thick silicone cover.
