Highly accurate 54 mm flat ceramic burrs effortlessly churn out everything from powder-fine grounds for Turkish coffee to evenly-sized coarse chunks for cold brew. It can cleverly convert a weight preset into an accurately timed value for precise, one-step dosing of espresso grounds into your portafilter at about two grams per second.

Adjust the solid metal holder to fit your portafilter. Use the cast iron zinc tools to easily clean the removable burrs, or to quickly re-calibrate without having to open the machine.
